Note
Instructor travel, meals, accommodation, and costs to deliver course materials to site will be invoiced at "cost".
Business class airfare will be invoiced for instructor air travel time greater than 5 hours.
Foreign government taxes will be invoiced to client.

An invoice for a minimum of 50% of basic course costs will be issued to client upon confirmation of in-house courses.
